Let me start off by saying I was disgustingly skeptical of this hookah when I ran into it. I personally didn't believe any of the other product ratings because I'm just a skeptical person overall. To add on top of that, when I bought it, the weather conditions were terrible up north and shipping was hard. Expressing my concerns, i wrote directly to Head Cold Hookah.I told them I was excited to try the hookah and wondered when it would be shipped.I got a reply within a few hours and they apologized for the weather delay and shipped it over about a day later.When I received the hookah, I was very excited to see the elongated box at my door and kept thinking "I hope it's not broken!"When i opened it, the packaging was in perfect condition, it was very well packaged!When i continued to open the box, I found that due to the weather conditions, they had sent me many other items to apologize for the delay.Overall, I have nothing but gratitude for the guys over at Head Cold Hookah.I give this hookah a personal 5 star because it smokes great. I cannot even say that "It smokes great for the price" because the price is what made me skeptical in the first place. I cannot compare the price to the quality because it surpasses the price completely.*** Last remarks: Highly recommended.
