I put a $100 bill in 3 of them and gave them to my adult kids at Christmas. I was afraid they would figure it out right away. One took about 15 minutes, one over 30 min and my daughter gave up (didn't really try) and took it home to do. 2 out of 3 had fun doing it. I was happy with results. I would buy again... but I wish they had different puzzles, this will be too easy a second time.Needed a unique idea on giving a MONEY gift to my teenage granddaughter; this was awesome in that it challenged her ability/mind in seeking ways to get the $$$ out. "OH MOM-MOM".....lolMy grandsons, age 11, were determined to figure it out , the seven year old got frustratedGreat for giving money to a kid/teen for birthday or graduation ! Make them work for it!Bought these for my neices and nephew, ages 11-17, they all loved them. These are challenging enough for all ages.Purchased these for a white elephant present at work and for my nephews. For the white elephant, I wanted to put lottery tickets in it but had a hard time fitting 20 tickets in. Ended up putting one ticket on the outside and a note inside saying there were more in my office.For my nephews, cold hard cash! Had them both open it up at the same time and then told them that the first to get it open would get a bonus present ($25). Made for an entertaining challenge between brothers.I would purchase again as it makes a cash present a little bit better and not so boring.Would have been 5 stars if the lottery tickets for inside. I should have checked first.Kids loved this. Used as a stocking stuffer and hid money in them.So far I’ve purchased two sets of these with plans of buying more. I have used them as gifts for my children’s friends birthdays! Also have plans to use for a “scavenger hunt” for my husband! Lol Plan I’m putting a key to a lockbox and some “clues” written on a paper inside the maze! For each birthday we’ve used it for we put cash inside and wrote on their card that there’s something special inside the maze for them! It’s always been a hit! It’s adds a little fun to giving a child money for their birthday-and let’s face it-tell me what child doesn’t like getting cash? They loved the challenge that made them think and the reward! My kids also like to play with them and figure them out before we give them as gifts. They are challenging enough to make them think but not so hard that it’s impossible. This is a great buy!!! We will be buying more!These were purchased for our tween/teenage kids for Christmas to make them work for their Christmas cash.I can’t say enough positive about these they are awesome!!Smaller than expected but fit a decent amount of cash inside.Novel idea when given money to kids and more fun for them. Doubles a piggy-bank afterwards and can be challenging to open at times but stay with it, it works well and is great fun for kids.This is a great way to gift money and serves as a piggy bank in the future. Used them as Christmas gifts when I was gifting cash. Something a little fun for kids to do to access the cash.1 of the 3 boxes didn't work out of the box.
